Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the order has not been started on. If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email or give us a call to cancel your order. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
If an order has already been started on, the order can be cancelled and a refund given less a 20% cancellation fee.
Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, returns may not be accepted. If you would like to return your order, please give us a call at (847) 865-0957 or send us an email to Sales@Econwelding.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse any return request, even those within the 30 day window, but return requests outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted under any circumstances. Returns that we accept will be given a full refund less a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs withheld. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the order has been returned to our facility.
If a product that was ordered does not work for its intended application, an exchange can be requested. Please give us a call or send us an email to request an exchange on a product. Product exchanges are treated similarly to returns, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange request. Exchange requests that are accepted typically do not have any exchange fees associated with them, other than shipping costs for the replacement item as well as return shipping for the existing order. A refund or additional charge may be assessed with the exchange if the replacement item is of lessor or greater value than the item originally ordered.
We guarantee that our products will arrive in good condition, and will be free from defect for 2 years after the date of order. The warranty is for the metalwork only and does not cover the finish. Issues that occur with the finish are handled on a per case basis, and are subject to review. If you believe you have received an item containing any sort of defect, please send us photos and/or a video of the defect to Sales@Econwelding.com for review. Any item that confirm is defective will be replaced, or refunded the full purchase price, at our discretion.
